Meet Jess Sloan
With over 15 years in the property industry and Associate RICS accreditation, Jess Sloan has built a career defined by precision, integrity, and care. Her experience spans real estate, block management, and hospitality — working with leading firms across Jersey — and has shaped a deep understanding of both the technical and emotional sides of property ownership.
Jessica Lauren Property was founded with a simple belief: that homes should be more than functional — they should feel supported, respected, and thoughtfully cared for. Jess saw the need for a service that combined high professional standards with a personal, lifestyle-aware approach. JLP was her answer — a practice rooted in experience, but shaped by empathy.
Raised in a family immersed in property — with a developer father and a manager mother — Jess grew up with a natural respect for the built environment. That early influence, paired with years of hands-on experience, gives her a rare ability to bridge structure and sentiment: to protect a property’s value while enhancing the way it’s lived in and experienced.
At the heart of her work is a commitment to doing things properly — with clear communication, aesthetic sensitivity, and a genuine investment in every client relationship.
